Mud, Bugs & Other Tales – Book Review
Not my favorite, but probably works for children learning to read (I learned languages differently, so I can’t confirm). It’s easy to read, that’s the most important.

Cate and the Garden Bandits – Book Review
Vibrant illustrations that drew me in right away! (No pun intended ;)) The writing however isn’t on the same level.
TsukuTabe Volume 5 – Manga Review
Especially the consent chapter with hugging, touching each other’s faces, holding hands in a couple-like way, and … read for yourself! They’re too cute.
The Algo by C J Arlow
Speculative fiction at its finest, The Algo envisions a world where optimisation is everything. The algorithm calculates the perfect ambience, routes, posture, everything. Death Meets Cute is a cosy fantasy revolving around Iris Weyward, an ‘evil’ witch and her recently-revived-through-necromancy orc bodyguard, Talon. The story starts with Iris striking out on her own after too much sibling…

Might not fit April in particular, but hey, we don’t need monthly celebrations each challenge. So, …:
